Oral Histories

The Centre for Financial History is delighted to work with the Worshipful Company of International Bankers to present these oral histories of the Secondary Banking Crisis 1973-75 (the ‘Lifeboat’) and Old City, New City (1979-86).  The interviews with key participants were conducted by John Thirlwell and Gerald Ashley in 2015-18.
