Required for work on a project to redevelop the European State Finance Database, which the principal investigators have taken over from the University of Leicester. You will be asked to assist with the verification and editing of data sets and with the mechanics of the migration to a new platform.
The successful candidate must have both a first degree in a relevant social science or arts subject and appropriate computing skills. Ideally you should have a postgraduate education in history with a preference for economic or financial history. Current postgraduates are especially encouraged to apply. This project is supported by a grant from the Conferences and Initiatives Fund of the Economic History Society.
Salary: £18,550 - £25,623 pro rata and subject to experience and qualifications.
